Common Sense Said Nero Fiddled While Rome Burned
Big Brother, Terry Wogan, US Open, Strictly Come Dancing. That's what's in Yahoo's Top 10 Searches today.
No search for banker bailouts or world economy or anything that will really affect our lives and the future of our children.
The late Commons Sense always said that Nero fiddled while Rome burned.
We've passively accepted bureaucratic dream schemes to coin in extra cash from us every which way possible. From needing a green report to sell our house or to paying Stamp Duty on house purchases, fines for this, fines for that...the list is endless.
Those dream schemes meant our illustrious elected weren't short of a bob or two when they decided to bail out the banks and encourage them to lend our money back to us at a price.
But did the banks do that?
Not as far as I can see. All they did was use our money to keep themselves solvent and sustain public confidence.
For that's what the bailouts are really about.
Look at the figures. The biggest slices of the bailout cake went to the banks to cover their losses.
And the reason is simple.
They couldn't give us all back our money because they don't have it all. Then whole money-making system would have fallen flat on its fat face if we'd all turned up to close our accounts.
This may be a simplistic way of looking at the financial crisis issue but it's the way I see it.
So I'm determined not to borrow my money back from the banks.
The late Common Sense said not to throw good money after bad so I'm still raising my own business capital.
I've joined like-minded others and am raising my own capital DIY-style.
One business has already raised more than 90,000 without having to approach a bank, a finance company or seek any credit whatsoever.
If you want to raise capital for yourself without the banks, without credit, without getting into any debt then why not join us. http://virl.ws/s/dipple
